The first offer fell through two days before closing because the buyer lost her job. Our home was back on the market with hours and we had a new offer for full asking price within 2 days. There was an issue with the VA inspection where the inspector didn’t give any value for the solar installation. Our agent did a lot of research and petitioned the VA to use a different appraisal, and they accepted the higher appraisal. Not every agent would go to all that trouble for a client, so my wife and I are very satisfied.
